Join us for our Barista Pro Series on Saturday, June 27 from 2–4 PM at the COROCO Sycamore Roastery, 224 S. California St., led by COROCO Lead Barista Ryan Wiley. This hands-on class is designed for coffee lovers who want to go beyond ordering their favorite drink and start understanding the craft behind it.
During this two-hour class, Ryan will walk guests through the foundations of barista technique, including espresso basics, milk steaming, drink building, and the small details that make a big difference in the cup. Whether you’re curious about café work, want to improve your home coffee setup, or just love learning more about specialty coffee, this class is a fun and approachable way to build your skills.
Space is limited so each guest has time to ask questions, practice, and get personal guidance.
