Ethiopia is renowned for its nutrient-rich volcanic soil that grows powerful flavored coffee beans of several varieties.  As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is home to more species of coffee plants than any place on earth, much of it still growing wild, and much of it still undiscovered. All Ethiopian coffee is Arabica and at least 150 varieties are commercially cultivated.  

The Swiss Water Process is a patented decaffeination method that uses only water to remove 99.9% of a coffee's caffeine content. Heat and time are also employed, but clean water is the only added ingredient. If you’re a fan of fruity-flavored beverages then this is definitely the roast you’ll want to start the day with. Its distinct aroma and taste always seem to catch coffee lovers off guard as its toasted fragrance is something special!
