Apple. Brown Sugar. Caramel. Green Grape.
The Fair Trade Cooperative of COOPAC-KODUKAK is committed to social sustainability—Creating communities that are balanced through education and healthcare. From the volcanic mountains near Lake Kivu in Rwanda, they are making a commitment to the people and their communities. Not only are they helping farmers produce superior coffee, they are ensuring that local educational and health systems are improved. From the construction of schools to health clinics, COOPAC-KODUKAK is working with farmers and their families, improving local infrastructure through building bridges and roads. Bringing new production methods through agricultural advisors, we are excited to deliver a locally roasted coffee that is balanced with flavors of brown sugar, apple and green grapes.
The coffee I got was not only delicious, but it arrived super quick as well!
I am generally a fan of medium roasted African coffees, but think this one could be roasted to be more of a medium. It is a pleasant coffee for those who like a very light roast. It is not not bitter. I need to try it as a cold brew.
really like Coroco coffee and love supporting a small, local, female owned business!
We've really enjoyed this coffee. It's so good made with a drip coffee machine hot or cold and also extremely good made as cold brew coffee. Will definitely get again!
This coffee is so great, the caramel flavor and aroma really come through. It's sweet, light, and fruity; perfect for a morning cup (or two)
