This coffee is high grown in the rich, shaded volcanic soil of Laos. Producers use a blend of processing including; natural, semi-washed, fully washed, honey, wet-hulled and cascara. The most unique coffee to come across our cupping table yet. We finally found the sweet spot. Six different processes combine to make the beans diverse and wild. Greek olives sneak into the finish of this exotic coffee.
Producers use the Mandheling style wet-hull cherry selection and then beans are sun-dried. This process produces a cup that has distinct citrus and floral notes with summer fruit flavor and great balance. The farmer programs create and support programs such as dental camps in cooperation with doctors and creche for workers’ children providing childcare and educational opportunities.
